Feed Back
ACE believes in constant feed back from our clients, hopefully they find our service useful
and we achieve their expectations or above. Our latest survey from February 2011 provided
the following results. The following question was posed “Are you happy with ACE’s service?
97.9% of our clients replied YES. ACE will not rest on its laurels, the other 2.1% of issues
are under review to see if they can be resolved without affecting our independence.
What our clients and visitors think.
We have added the latest written feed back comments from our clients. To take part either use the comments form, or
follow the link in your email when your report was sent, send us an email quoting your report number to
feedback@ace-uk.org or send a letter. We hope you don’t have any issues with our service but if you have, we will
listen and try to resolve them. We will also post our response to negative feed back so any new customers can see
the reasons for the possible issue. We will not post any abusive messages or messages which contain swearing. Any
ACE Comments will be clearly marked and if related to inspections will contain the report number....
