We endeavour to provide a report that is unbiased and accurate for our clients and that the costings we endorse are fair and provide for a safe and satisfactory repair. All agreed repairs are based on, if applicable, Thatcham’s recommended repair methods and times. Valuations are obtained with the aid of the relevant Glass’s Guide.
We offer a complete service which includes accident damage assessment, witness statement gathering, accident investigation, locus reports and post accident repair assistance to ensure that the repairs undertaken are in line with the final repair invoice and have been carried out to a commercially acceptable standard. We can also arrange collection, free storage and disposal of salvage vehicles, along with specialist off road recovery, if required.
